XML Signing Tool

Sign administrative XMLs (DGII postulation, sworn declaration) with your digital certificate.

Use this when DGII's native signing app fails on Windows. Produces XMLDSig-signed XML with the same engine as your e-CF. identical validity before DGII.

Dashboard workflow

  1. Go to Tools in the sidebar.
  2. Drag your XML onto the drop area.
  3. Choose purpose: Postulation, Sworn Declaration, Other.
  4. Click Sign and download → browser downloads file_signed.xml.
  5. Upload the signed XML to the DGII portal.

In the certification wizard, steps 2 (Postulation) and 14 (Sworn Declaration) embed the signing UI inline.

Constraints

  • Max 5 MB per XML.
  • Input XML must not already be signed (returns 409 ALREADY_SIGNED).
  • XMLDSig enveloped signature with SHA-256.
