Frande ECF Documentation

Everything you need to integrate Dominican Republic electronic invoicing (e-CF) with DGII.

Frande ECF is a REST API that handles the complete lifecycle of Dominican electronic fiscal receipts (e-CF): digital signing, DGII submission, acknowledgment reception, and secure storage.

Quick start

  1. Register: create an account at /register. You'll get an API Key and API Secret.
  2. Upload your .p12 certificate: required to sign e-CF documents.
  3. Run the test-set: validate against DGII's CerteCF environment.
  4. Integrate: send documents via POST /TesteCF/documentos-ecf.
